Your influence and control on individuals should not be abused by your measurable period. Being on a seat today is a message to you that someone like you left for you and you also will leave for another person.

“ We miss his predecessor’s time” if people can say, implies that your current way is causing emotional stress to the lives of individuals. 

Unfair rules and imposition  of sanction without any reasonable justification can never make you earn the respect you deserve.

Understanding and trust are what constitute power  in leadership. Whether or not you do good , your occupancy will be talked about. So do good.

Take life easy. Everything doesn’t end at the beginning, it rather ends at the end. Don’t call for an end while you are still at the early stage of life opportunities. Are you pissed off because of criticism? Then you don’t deserve to lead. Critics build and shape your way.
