IESU UDUS Holds Orientation Program For Newly Admitted students

The Ilorin Emirate Students Union, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, has on Sunday, 4th June, held an orientation program for the newly admitted students at A10 lecture hall.

The event with the theme: “ Balancing the four walls of the classroom and beyond as a new student in UDUS” had the presence of Professor Salahudeen from the faculty of education and extension services, UDUS.

While holding the programme, professor salahudeen advised students to behave ethically and tighten their belts on their primary assignment.

“ Focus on your study because such is the basic reason for your presence in UDUS. Be patient in everything you are doing and abstain from all that can implicate you or spoil your reputation,” he advised.

He further added that answering a question in university is different from the way it is answered in secondary school. Nothing that students are required to give in detail every question asked, when necessary.

Also, the members of the committee were turbaned into various offices like: Turaki, Mufty, Waziri, Imamu Agba and the office of the Emirate parliament.
