The National Association of Public Administration Students (NAPAS), Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto Chapter has set to organize an orientation program for the newly admitted students in the 2022/2023 academic session.
The event, according to a flier released by the association, will be held on Tuesday, 20th June 2023 at the Board Room in Faculty of Management Sciences by 10:00am.
The program, themed ‘The Pathway to Academic Success,’ is aimed at enlightening the freshers on how to achieve academic success in Danfodiyo Varsity.
While speaking with GAMJI PRESS,
, the national president of the association, Mohammed Adisa, said the event will serve as an eye-opener for the students on how to achieve academic excellence.
“We organize the programme to sensitize the freshers on how to achieve their academic excellence and to educate them about the dos and don’ts of the University community.
“Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto is the most peaceful University among all Universities in Nigeria, so, we aim to equip the freshers to know how to live, maintain the peacefulness of the University, and successfully obtain their degree, because UDUS in a varsity that awards its degree base on Character and Learning,” he added.
