The Examination Monitoring Committee(EMC) of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto has instructed all class representatives to present their classmates’ identity and examination cards.

This is said to serve as a precondition for the first semester examination for the 2022/2023 session.

According to the internal memorandum dated November 24, and signed by the chairman of EMC, Prof. Yahya T. Baba, students are instructed to print their examination cards from the university registration portal using their access code generated during the course of registration.

The memo also listed the guidelines and scheduled to be adhered to.

“Printing of e-examination cards- from Friday 24th to Tuesday, 28 of November, 2023.”

“Submission of cards to Examination Monitors (Members of Examinations Monitoring Committee, through the class Representatives in your department/ faculty) from Monday, 27th of November to Thursday, 30th of November, 2023.”

“Collection of stamped Examination Cards- from Thursday, 30th of November to Monday, 4th of July, 2023.”

However, the chairman advised students that have challenges with registration to contact the Director, Examinations and Registration or Director.

“Students that have challenges with registration are advised to contact the Director, Examinations and Registration and/or Director, MIS as soon as possible.”
