A 300-Level student of Political Science, Taofeeq Imam, has been elected as the Vice President of Junior Chamber International Nigeria (JCIN), Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS) chapter.
Following the electoral proceedings held on Saturday, 25th September, 2023 at the A36 lecture hall, UDUS permanent site, Imam emerged victorious, securing the role of vice president for JCIN.
Taofeek has once served as the director of membership growth for the Juniors Chamber International Nigeria (JCIN), Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS) chapter for the year 2022/2023 academic session.
Speaking with The News Digest Press, Imam conveyed his elation at the prospect of steering JCIN towards new heights.
“As the newly elected VP, I will foster the spirit and togetherness in the association, carry out exceptional projects as well as making sure all activities were duly supervised and taken care of effectively.” he said.
He further extends his gratitude to Almighty Allah for the blessing bestowed upon him he has showered on him. Also, he extended the prayer to the people who have in various capacities contributed to his career.
