The management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto under the stewardship of Professor L.S Bilbiss, has scheduled dates for its upcoming convocation ceremony.
Spanning six days, the event is set to commence from Monday,15th April to Saturday 20th, April 2024 at the University Auditorium on main campus.
The flier reads in full:
“15th April,2024- vice chancellor briefing- senate chambers, Ahmad Bello House,Main campus.(10am).
“16th April,2024- convocation debate – University auditorium main campus(10am).
“17th April,2024- Novelty Football match – University auditorium main campus(4pm).
“18th April,2024- Federalism, Democratic Governance and Management of Conflict and Insecurity in Nigeria; by Nuhu Ribadu – University auditorium main campus (4pm).
“19th April,2024- Awards of Certificates and Diplomas and Awards of Bachelor Degrees, Commissioning of Projects, Chancellor’s dinner -University auditorium main campus(9am).
“ 20th April,2024- Presentation of Prizes,Awards of High Degrees and confirments of high degrees – convocation square, main campus(9am).”
The flier further added “ that Graduands are to collect academic gowns from Monday 15th April,2024 from the office of the Dean, Students Affairs division”.
