The Junior Chamber International(JCI) Nigeria, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto chapter has set to bring forth a session on public speaking for its fifth General Assembly.
According to a flier released by the association, the training session will be facilitated by Hussein Abdulbasit, a 400-level Political Science student and former President of the National Association of Political Science Students (NAPSS).
The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, 18th June at the A40 lecture hall, situated at the Faculty of Arts and Islamic Studies by 4:00 pm.
Meanwhile, according to a statement released by the JCI in conjunction with the flier, the training is aimed at exposing the members to the rudimentary aspect of public speaking.
“A Communication specialist will lead you through the fundamentals and strategies of good public speaking during this motivating workshop,” the statement reads in part.
