Shehu Shamsudeen Ahmad, a 400-level Law Student of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto and an indigene of Yauri in Kebbi State has been appointed as the new president of the National Intellectual Property Club.
This was contained in a flier released on Friday, 20th October 2023, following a rigorous process including an interview.
Before he resigned from the local chapter, he was the serving president of the Intellectual Property Law Club, UDUS.
Speaking with The News Digest Press, he pledged to continue with the club’s legacy and continue to make a lasting impact in the field of Intellectual property in Nigeria.
“I know that the club is committed to enhancing IP. And through this role, I believe I’ll be able to make a lasting impact in the field of intellectual property law in Nigeria,”he said.
“My foremost intention as the National President of the Nigerian Intellectual Property Law Club is to lead our organization towards a future marked by excellence and relevance in the field of intellectual property law. To achieve this, I have set out some key objectives which I will unveil during my inauguration.”
