Overall time Premier League winner Manchester United has secured a 4-2 victory over Sheffield United during a Premier League clash, Wednesday night.
The match kicked off not too long when Wasley Foderingham denied Diogo Dalot’s shot from outside the box.
Another chance presents itself to Casimero but his header goes wide, as Jayden Bogle helped his team to win a tackle, and relieved their pressure with a clearance.
The match continued in a one-sided encounter with the Red Devils dominating possessions.
Sheffield United were trying to retreat with a potentially dangerous attack and their struggle was fortunate when Jayden Bogle found the net with his right foot and put his side on the driver’s bus with a 1-0 lead in the 35th-minute. However, it only took some minutes before Ten Hag’s men levelled the bout when Alejandro Garnarcho’s cross met the head of the English defender Harry Maguire.
After a pulsating contest, the first half ended with neither side hitting the front as the scoresheet read 1-1.
Second half continued with a game of the two halves before Ben Osborn created scoring opportunities for his teammates, only for Ben Brereton Diaz to deliver another 2-1 lead for his team.

Unfortunately, Austin Trusty pulls Harry Maguire by his shirt, and the referee awards a penalty after a careful VAR review. Bruno Fernandes scored an equaliser for his side to level the match to 2-2.
With a through pass from United’s young star Kobe Mainoo, Man United were able to take a lead, after a clinical finish was delivered by the Red Devils’ captain. What an amazing goal from Bruno Fernandes.
Four minutes after the third goal, Man United also summoned another potential attack, as Bruno Fernandes created another scoring opportunity for his teammates while Rasmus Hoejlund tapped the ball in with his left foot.
Sheffield United fought for a comeback but their efforts proved abortive as Ten Hag’s Man United refused to accommodate more goals until the referee blew the final whistle with United claiming the victory 4-2.
After today’s victory, the Red Devils have won two, drawn two, and lost one match from their last five Premier League encounters in the ongoing 2024/25 campaign. The club now sit in the 6th position of the EPL table. Also, Sheffield United registered four losses and one victory over their last five Premier League games, sitting at the bottom of the standings.
