Entrepreneurship Club-UDUS Holds First Congress Meeting

The Entrepreneurship Club, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, has convened its first Congress for the 2023/2024 Academic Session.

Held on Saturday, May 4, at the University Entrepreneurship Center, the congress drew a diverse crowd including Stakeholders, Executives, existing members, and potential members from different departments.

In her opening remark, Maryam Yusuf Makeri, the distinguished Entrepreneurship Club President, extended a warm welcome to all attendees and expressed gratitude for their presence and active engagement.

Speaking on the benefit of being member, she said, “First-time information and training, the discount opportunity for any skills to the registered entrepreneurship member, which are there on the center website, access to loans and grants, meeting of well-developed business owners, first mentorship, liberty to inquire at any moment.”

Furthermore, she encourage members to explore and apply for the business opportunities share within the Entrepreneurship group.

“ Apply for those business opportunities links in the group because they are verified, and if you benefited from the links let us know so that we can invite other people into the program. Like me, I have five certificates which I benefited from those links sent to the group.”
