SU CTC Gifts Motorcycle to Hostel Electrician

The Students Union Caretaker Committee at Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, led by Comrade Abdullahi Sanusi, has gifted a motorcycle to Mal. Nasir Muhammad, a hostel electrician, in recognition of his efforts.

Mallam Nasir Muhammad, widely known among students for his tireless work repairing electrical issues both in Jubril Aminu and Bakassi hostels, often treks from his workplace to the hostels to address electrical problems.

While presenting the gift, the Dean of Student AffairsProf, Umar Aliyu
and his deputy Dr. Tukur M. Mukhtar praised Mallam Nasir’s dedication by supplementing the motorcycle gift with an additional ₦10,000 for fuel.

“Indeed, your efforts are worthy of emulation,” the Dean remarked.

Speaking with The News Digest Press, Mallam Nasir expressed his gratitude, thanking Allah for the new blessing and appreciating the SU CTC and university management’s support.

“I am really excited as this will ease my stress and encourage me to double my efforts,” he said. “I also advise my colleagues not to relent as hard work pays a lot.”
